About me

I am a postdoctoral researcher working on phase retrieval problem in antenna design. My current research involves developing optimization methods for phase recovery from magnitude only measurements. I have previously worked matrix completion problem with application to maximum quasi-clique recovery.

Bio

Sakirudeen Akinkunmi Abdulsalaam is a Postdoc at the Mathematical Foundation of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence research group of the Mathematics Institute of LMU in Munich since January 2024. Prior to that, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at RWTH-Aachen University. He received his PhD from the School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at University of the Witwatersrand in 2020. Sakirudeen also holds BSc degree (with Distinction) in Mathematics from university of Ilorin and MSc degree in Mathematical Science from University of the Western Cape.
